2025 This project is inspired by the neon-lit, high-tech, futuristic aesthetic of cyberpunk, a genre that alligns well with the energy and atmosphere a rave has. I captured this through a bold color palette and cyborg / robot humanoids generated through adobe firefly.
This project is a love letter to one of my favorite aesthetics and allowed me to create bold graphics and explore typography. I was challenged by my professor Paul Sheriff and went through many revisions before creating a strong series of posters.
The festival merchandise features bold neon shades of purple, green, and yellow. Glow-in-the-dark elements enhance the futuristic, tech-inspired aesthetic. Neon arrows, code like graphics, emoticons, and soundwaves reinforce the cyberpunk vibe and strengthen the brand identity.
